Day 1 - Haridwar – Barkot

Morning meet our representative at your hotel / airport / railway station. After some basic information start your journey to barkot. Later drive to barkot. Check into the hotel arrival in barkot. Overnight stay at barkot. (meals: dinner)

Day 2 - Barkot - Janakichatti - Yamunotri - Jankichatti – Barkot

Early morning after breakfast, drive to jankichatti / phoolchatti. Start your trek from here to yamunotri (6kms) (either by walk or by horse or by doli at own cost). After arrival at yamunotri take bath in warm waters of surya kund (hot spring). Enjoy darshan of"Yamunaji". Return trek to jankichatti. Later drive towards barkot. Overnight stay at barkot. (meals: breakfast and dinner)

Day 3 - Barkot – Uttarkashi

Morning after breakfast, relax for a while. Later drive to uttarkashi. Visit shivgufa on the way to uttarkashi. In uttarkashi visit kashi vishwanath temple. After that, check in hotel. Day free for rest. Overnight stay at uttarkashi. (meals: breakfast and dinner)

Day 4 - Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (100 kms each side)

Early morning after breakfast, drive to gangotri. On the way visit gangnani hot spring. Take a holy dip in kund. Later drive to gangotri via beautiful harsil valley. On arrival at gangotri, take a holy dip in the sacred river ganges which is also called bhagirathi at its origin. Perform pooja and darshan, after that relax for some time in the lovely surroundings. Later return drive to uttarkashi. Overnight stay at uttarkashi. (meals: breakfast and dinner)

Day 5 - Uttarkashi – Phata

Morning after breakfast, drive to guptkashi. Enroute you can see the beautiful river mandakini at tilwara. The mandakini river comes from kedarnath, drive alongside the river to reach guptakashi, visit ardh narishwar temple in guptakashi. Check into the hotel arrival in guptkashi. Overnight stay at guptkashi. (meals: breakfast and dinner)

Day 6 - Phata – Sonprayag – Kedarnath

Morning after breakfast, today we will go to kedarnath. To reach kedarnath you will have two options. One if by trekking and other is by air via helicopter.

By helicopter: morning our driver will transfer you to your helipad location (phata, guptkashi, sirsi etc) as per helicopter ticket time. Kindly inform the driver timings of helicopter mentioned on the ticket previous day. Different aviation has different location for their helicopter service. Our driver will provide you both pick and drop to hotel. Kindly inform the driver timings of helicopter mentioned on the ticket. Advance booking is highly recommended for the helicopter.

By trek: to reach kedarnath by trekking route first you have to reach gaurikund. We will drive to sonprayag early in the morning after breakfast. Our car will drop to sonprayag. From sonprayag 5 kms drive to gaurikund local jeep is available. This sharing basis jeeps guests can book directly at own cost. Gaurikund to kedarnath is further 14 kms trek.

After reaching the kedarnath visit kedarnath temple. Check in to the hotel/ashram. Visit shankaracharya samadhi. Overnight stay at kedarnath. (meals: breakfast)

Day 7 - Kedarnath – Sonprayag – Phata

Morning after breakfast explore nearby areas by walk at kedarnath. Later reach guptkashi as per your choice by trek or helicopter.

By helicopter: inform the driver when you leave for kedarnath about your approximate return time and helipad name according to ticket. Our driver will pick up you from helipad and transfer you to your hotel.

By trek: inform the driver approximate return time. Once you reach gaurikund from kedarnath by trek you can take local jeep till sonprayag. Our driver will meet here. Due to parking issue keep driver’s contact number with you and call him when you reach sonprayag so he can pick you up.

Gaurikund to sonprayag local jeep at your own cost. Get packed breakfast from hotel to start early. Horse / pony / palakhi is also available for trekking at gaurikund. Guests can book that at own cost.

At arrival check in to hotel in guptkashi. Overnight stay at phata. (meals: dinner)

Day 8 - Guptkashi – Joshimath

Morning after breakfast, drive to joshimath. Check in to the hotel arrival in joshimath. Pilgrims after having a bath in the taptkund have the darshan of badrivishal & aarti in evening. Overnight stay at joshimath. (meals: breakfast and dinner)

Day 9 - Badrinath – Joshimath – Rudraprayag

Morning enjoy the after breakfast, drive for rudraprayag via joshimath. Visit on the way darshan of vishuprayag, narsingh temple in joshimath, karnprayag and nandprayag. Check into the hotel arrival in rudraprayag. Overnight stay at rudraprayag. (meals: breakfast and dinner)

Day 10 - Rudraprayag – Delhi

Morning after breakfast, drive for delhi. Drop at hotel / airport / railway station. (meals: breakfast)

REMARK:

1. As per latest information, Helicopter Tickets cost is Rs. 5,600 Per Person from Neelgarth | Rs. 8400/- from Pahalgam & Rs. 4200/- from Katra. If Helicopter Fares Will Hike (without any prior notice), then Package cost will be revised accordingly.
2. The Company will make 100% efforts to obtain your confirmed helicopter tickets, however, if under any circumstances the Company is unable to provide availability of any helicopter tickets, the Company will provide you with a full refund for those helicopter tickets, without Deduct any charges. , Helicopter tickets can be combined with all aviation services with mixed timings.

IMPORTANT:

The booking stands liable to be auto-cancelled if 100% payment is not received within 07 working days after getting your booking confirmation / travelling vouchers or 30 days before your travel date whichever is earlier. In case of Non Payment - The received advance amount will be fully forfeited. On arrival payments at Srinagar/ Jammu/ Katra is not allowed. Helicopter Tickets will be delivered at the latest before 02 days of your Amarnath Yatra.

SUGGESTIONS & IMPORTANT REMARKS REGARDING YOU’RE BOOKING

3. Yatries are highly advised to prepare their “Yatra Registration” (Off line or Online whatever is possible) also, even after making your Helicopter Package booking. The Company will make 100% efforts to get your confirmed Helicopter Tickets, however, if at any stage the Company is unable to provide you with the availability of Helicopter Tickets in any circumstances, you may continue your Yatra for the Trekking Route via Baltal/ Chandanwari by your Registration. In this Case: a) the company will provide you full refund of the helicopter tickets (after receiving your full payment) so that you can avail of your land arrangements i.e. Hotels & transport pre-booked services. The company will also provide you with proper guidance on the Yatra registration process. Apart from this b) if clients want the full refund of their package (In case of non-delivery of Helicopter Tickets by us), the company is ready to refund your full payment without any deduction of charges for that guest has to inform us about the refund on Urgent basis without any delay. In case the client doesn't inform us about the refund within 2 days of information of non-booking of the helicopter by us then no cancellation will be acceptable and clients have to avail the land arrangements & The company will refund Only the Helicopter's actual cost ( If complete package payment is received by the company).
4. Please Note: In case of non-availability of Helicopter Tickets in any circumstances, the Company will be not responsible for any airfare/ train fare refund. In case the client wants to cancel his/ her package on time, the company will be liable to refund only the package cost - not any airfare/ train fare.
5. Suggestion if a guest is taking 02 Nights / 03 Days Package: If he/she/they opt (s) for 03 days package – which is not advisable by us, he/she/they should book his/her/their return flight on 04th Day by evening timing instead of day 03rd. The hotel booking of 03rd night & the airport drop of 04th day will be at the client's own cost. In case the passenger (s) book (s) his/her/their return flight on day 03rd and if due to any reason, his/her/their return flight becomes NO SHOW, it’s the entirely on the risk and cost of the passenger (s). No Refund request shall be considered for any flight delay/cancellation/ No-Show case.
   
   
6. All Guests who are taking the Same Day Return helicopter packages – They all are highly requested to please book your first 02 Nights stay at Sonamarg and 01 Night Stay at Srinagar. This 04 days package is highly recommended by MY TIRH INDIA. In which, if you want you can keep your 02nd Night stay open/ self also Or can book all nights from us.
   
   
7. We highly recommend the passenger (s) to take a minimum of 03 Nights & 04 Days Package for Amarnath Yatra. If the weather is found not favourable or the passenger (s) are stuck at Panchtarani, in this case, the passenger (s) shall be able to catch his/her/their return flight from Srinagar to his/her/their onward journey.
   
   
8. Whoever the client: - Heart disease, asthma, sugar, BP. etc is suffering from any type of disease, those people should consult their doctor before booking them. Once you book your Amarnath Package, if you cancel the booking due to any reason or due to medical reasons, in this case, the cancellation policy will be applied.
   
   
9. Packages with 1st Night stay at Sonmarg / Pahalgam / Gulmarg: People, who want their 1st Night (on arrival day) at Sonmarg / Pahalgam/ Gulmarg, kindly book your flight to Srinagar by morning or by afternoon (Latest before 12:30 – 1:00 PM). Yatries who are reaching Srinagar airport by evening flight –After 01:00 PM & onwards they should stay 01st Night stay at Srinagar only instead of Sonmarg / Pahalgam coz by the late evening due to security reasons ARMY people will not be allowed to proceed for Sonmarg/ Pahalgam. If due to security reasons you are unable to reach your pre-booked hotel/ destination in this case it will be treated as a NO-Show without any refund (Last moment cancellation/ amendment will not be acceptable). Kindly book your departure flight only in the late evening from Srinagar so that you can easily reach Srinagar airport without any delays to catch your flight. Therefore, before booking your Same Day Return Package, check your flight timing so that you do not face any kind of inconvenience.
   
   
10. Amarnath & Vaishnodevi Yatra Package Or People who are arriving Srinagar By Road from Jammu / Katra, Please Note: Yatri who are taking Shri Amarnath Yatra with Mata Vaishnodevi Darshan Or people who are planning to arrive at Srinagar By Road- They all should book their flight tickets from Srinagar – Jammu / Jammu - Srinagar. They all should avoid Srinagar – Katra / Jammu – Srinagar by road travel during the Yatra season. As Amarnath Yatra Mainly begins in June End/ July till Aug month – Its total monsoon season for all Indian destinations. Still, if clients take Srinagar – Katra/ Jammu – Srinagar by road travel and they get stuck in between on the highway due to terrorism, civil unrest, rioting, war, natural disaster, typhoons, floods,landslide, political crisis, curfew – It will be entirely client risk. Their further bookings for Hotels, transport & helicopter tickets will be considered as “NO-Show”without any refund.
    
    
11. In our Group Departure Packages, Please Note: the vehicle will be on sharing basis with other group members and all guests have to wait for other clients until they arrived. Rates are valid for min. 02 - 03 people sharing a room. For Min. 06 - 07 People Non A/C Tavera Car will be provided. For 08 – 13 people Non A/C Tata Winger vehicle will be provided. Every guest has to wait for another guest at Srinagar airport, Neelgarth / Panchtarani Helipad and all the further transfers –The estimated timing of assembling at Srinagar airport aprox 04 - 05 PM. On day of Amarnath Yatra by helicopter {02^nd Day}, passengers/s reaching late or get/s stuck at Panchtarani due to any reason, have to manage his/her/their Neelgarth – Srinagar transfers by his/her/their own cost. 03rd Day our vehicle will drop you all at Srinagar. Our group departure vehicle will only be available for all members till 06:00 PM in the evening {03rd Day} only {No Matter Whatever The condition Are}. So please be double sure before making your group departure package. In case of any problem {i.e. waiting at Airport / Neelgarth Helipad}. We are not recommending you Group departure Packages still if a guest is taking this package so we will not be responsible and any kind of complaints regarding that will not be entertained. If any kind of abusive language, on the phone or on our Representative at Srinagar Airport, by the clients, then the company may also require legal action against all of them.
    
    
12. If during your travel you face any kind of problem regarding your Hotels & transport, you are highly requested to contact your tour executive same time so that he/she can resolve the problem at the same movement. After reaching your home if you complain about anything we won’t be able to solve the issue. Also, do not pay any cash payment to the driver / Hotel staff against your pre-booked package/ services. If anybody demands any cash payment, please inform/complain the same to your executive same time.
    
    
13. The trek to the Panjtarni - Holy Cave and back to Panjtarni takes approx. 4-5 hours – One side by walk and approx 1 -2 hours {one side} by ponies Or Palkies. And the Darshan takes min. 1-2 hours’ time. Normally the Helicopter rides stop operating after 05 -06 PM {Sub. Due to the weather conditions}, hence, it is likely that passengers reaching Panjtarni after 01-02 PM may be unable to take the flight back to Neelgrath the same day. Such passengers will need to stay for a night at Panjtarni {in Tent} at their own cost and they will be picked up from Panjtarni the next day on a first come first serve basis by the same helicopter service. For this reason, their second-night stay (if it’s already booked at Sonmarg / Srinagar) will be a No-Show / under retention without any refund.
    
    
14. It is estimated that per adult passenger weight is 75 -80 KG approx (as per the aviation policy). In case of an overweight of passenger, because of the weight limitations of the helicopter, Heli Services has the discretion to refuse or make the alteration to the booking /fare and charge an additional amount for the excess weight as per Industry practice. A maximum of 5 kg of hand baggage per Adult is permitted only. Excess baggage is not permitted.
    
    
15. Yatries who want to do the Pahalgam Tour: Due to the restrictions imposed by the Army/security agency for the last few years for Yatrie’s safety precautions, it is prohibited to go from Pahalgam to Srinagar in the evening timing. You all are highly requested not to take a same-day return tour from Srinagar. If you want to include the Pahalgam destination in your package, you should take an overnight stay at Pahalgam instead of a day return tour.
