Availability of Darshan/ Yatra can be cancelled without prior information on account of natural calamity, nature’s fury, political upheaval and national emergencies.
Allotted time slot can be cancelled or changed on account of restrictions imposed by local administration, shrine regulatory or associated bodies.
Booked times slots cannot be changed due to late arrival of trains, buses, flights and cannot be changed or swapped.
Personal safety and belongings are exclusive duties of the customers.
Facilitation fees/ professional fees charged by BhuDarshan is non- refundable .
Medical exigencies are to be handled by the customer as we do not have an office/ personal at sites to take care.
Customers are advised to exercise their own diligence while booking an BhuDarshan is not responsible as the facilities have been displayed as per Hotel owners.

BhuDarshan will do everything in its capacity to live up to its timings, for ‘Book a Priest’ as requested by the client but does not guarantee any punctuality of the priest and the discipline of the Puja as it is outsourced. However, any complaint, will be handled very seriously as BhuDarshan sets very high standards in customer satisfaction and endeavors to provide the best of services always.
